Still renting a modest apartment at $2500/mo leaving not much left over after bills and food. I actually feel like I have less purchasing power and freedom to spend NOW than I did 7 years ago when I was only at $20/hr. Between Rent, Utilities, Miscellaneous Bills and the rising cost of food, $39/hr sounds like a lot, but in today's landscape it feel like $20/hr only a handful of years ago.
